Synopsis
The narrative of the book is introduced by an account of Scottish worship from the time of the Reformation and then is followed by a commentary on the evolution of the prayerbook of 1637. The text of the payer book of 1637 is printed in full(except for passages of Scripture and some recurrent phraseology).
Condition Notes
In very good condition overall with its original clipped dustcover which has some minor tears along the top back part but otherwise clean and tidy. The pages are bright and clean throughout.
