A rare collection of Children's short stories - rare in that the author despite the extent of his collected works wrote little intended for Children. Accompanied with drawings by Morton Sale.
Condition Notes
In good condition - missing the original dustcover however the coverboards with author's gilt initials and gilt spine titles and design make for a handsome copy. There is some splitting of the fornt cover board from the spine but does not effect the overall binding. Inside the pages are bright and clean throughout. There is an attractive previous owner bookplate on the inside end-paper.
