Ring of Bright Water was a seminal book of the 1960's in which naturalist Gavin Maxwell recounts his life on the shores - Sandaig - of the Glenelg peninsula where he befriended the local otters. He did not want the locality of where he was to be disclosed and named the place Camusfeàrna in the book. The was released as a film in 1969 the year Maxwell died.
Condition Notes
A good first edition however the original dust cover is missing. The cover boards are clean but have faded edges and spine.
The inside pages are bright and clean with the book remains in very good condition.
