Synopsis
The Scottish Nationalist and activist Wendy Wood lived for many years in what she described as "beauteous" Morar where she worked her own croft and was familiar with the landscape and lore of the surrounding countryside.

She describes the book as an attempt to render respectful the traditions of the wild and rugged area that is Moidart and Morar to the visitor.

About the Author
Wendy Wood, (Née Gwendoline Emily Meacham, 1892 - 1981) was an artist and ardent political activist for Scottish Independence.
Condition Notes
A good copy of this 1st edition with an original unclipped dustcover with some tears on the folds and some general loss and fraying around the edges but otherwise clean and tidy. Inside the pages are bright and clean throughout with usual age-related tanning.
