Harpoon at a Venture

Immediately after the Second World War Gavin Maxwell  purchased the Isle of Soay off  the Isle of Skye with the aim of setting up a basking shark fishery. The project failed due principally to lack of finance and the isle was eventually sold to a business associate. Harpoon at a Venture is his tale of those years.

This is an attractive addition from teh Adventure library and in good condition throughout. There is light lable trace on the front cover board.
