Divided into 2 parts this bi-lingual book recounts numerous Gaelic folklore tales from the oral tradition and rarely written down. In the first part are 8 folk-tales whilst the 2nd part focuses on Fairy tales divided into The Social Fairies(25 different stories), Solitaries(20 different stories) and Water Sprites(4 stories).
The book can be used as a Gaelic- English reader for any student of the Gaelic language.
