Divided into 2 parts this bi-lingual book recounts numerous Gaelic folklore tales from the oral tradition and rarely written down. In the first part are 8 folk-tales whilst the 2nd part focuses on Fairy tales divided into The Social Fairies(25 different stories), Solitaries(20 different stories) and Water Sprites(4 stories).
The book can be used as a Gaelic- English reader for any student of the Gaelic language.

Overall the book is in good condition - despite some stains notably to the front cover board and some fraying and bumps along the edges. The book remains well bound and the inside pages are bright and clean throughout.
