Synopsis
This extended 2nd edition of the poems of Dòmhnall Ruadh Chorùna (Donald MacDonald) - 1887-1967. contains over sixty of his poems with a complete parallel translation in English.
Born in Corùna in North Uist (Uibhist a Tuath) he was both stonemason and Poet and much of his literary fame derives from his bleak war time poetry. However he was also able to write humorously about more mundane events as well being able to celebrate the natural world around him.
